We are currently looking for Family Support Workers to work directly with Parents/Carers and their children offering ongoing family support where additional support is needed. You will be working individually and as part of a team in supporting families alongside colleagues from other agencies to provide a multi-agency response to a variety of families needs.  You would be expected to work with the families to achieve the desired outcomes from the referring agency.

  A enhanced DBS is essential for this role.

We are looking for Teachers, Teaching Assistances, Tutors and SEN specialists to join our dynamic team who are currently helping children/young adults to overcome barriers to learning and achieving their full potential.  We currently require 1-to-1 support for multiple students throughout school hours.
